1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon cornstarch (10g)
3. Blueberry Topping:

1 cup fresh blueberries (about 150g)
Instructions
πΉ Step 1: Prepare the Crust

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the crumbs are well-coated and the mixture is slightly wet.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, forming an even crust. Use the back of a spoon to pack it down tightly.
