Tip: This flavorful steak marinade has about 50-70 calories per serving, depending on how much is used. It's perfect for tenderizing and infusing your meat with rich, zesty flavors. Marinate your steak for up to 8 hours for the best results!
Ingredients:

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder

3 tablespoons dried basil
-
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

1 teaspoon ground white pepper

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (Optional)

1 teaspoon dried minced garlic (Optional)
Instructions:

Blend the Marinade:

In a blender, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and white pepper.

If desired, add the hot pepper sauce and dried minced garlic for extra flavor.

Blend on high for 30 seconds until everything is thoroughly mixed.

Marinate the Meat:

Pour the marinade over the desired cut of steak.

Cover the meat and refrigerate for up to 8 hours for maximum flavor absorption.
