
Sausage & Cheese Muffins

1 cup Bisquick mix
4 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp salt (or less, if you prefer)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb ground cooked sausage
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a muffin pan with nonstick spray.
Step 2:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, beaten eggs, salt, shredded cheddar cheese, and ground cooked sausage. Mix until well combined.
Step 3:
Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Step 4:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 5:
Let the muffins cool slightly before serving.
