Peanut Butter Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:

2 to 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

½ cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky, your choice)

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt (for extra moisture)

½ cup chopped peanuts (optional, for added texture)

½ cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions:

Prepare the Oven and Pan:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease or line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Mix Wet Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the peanut butter, melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.

Prepare Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture. Stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the bread dense.
