
Ooey Gooey Butter Cake - OMG

Ingredients:
1 (16.5 ounce) yellow cake mix
2 eggs
12 tablespoons butter (1 1/2 sticks), melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping for the cake:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
How to Make Ooey Gooey Butter Cake:
Do not follow the instructions on the cake mix box. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract by hand.
Spray a 9x13-inch cake pan with cooking spray, then press the cake mixture into the pan to form the bottom layer of the cake.
In a separate bowl, mix the topping ingredients (cream cheese, egg, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar) using a mixer.
Spread the topping mixture evenly over the bottom cake layer.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let the cake cool, then cut it into squares to serve.
