This easy-to-make, no-bake pineapple cream dessert is perfect for any occasion, bringing a sweet tropical flavor with a creamy texture. It’s an ideal treat for summer or any time you want a refreshing dessert without turning on the oven!
Ingredients:
For the Pineapple Layer:

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy cream
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

2 tablespoons melted butter
For the Whipped Topping:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
-
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits) with melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well-combined and moist.

Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch (or similar-sized) baking dish to form an even crust.

Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set while you prepare the rest of the dessert.
2. Make the Pineapple Cream Filling:

Drain the crushed pineapple to remove excess juice. Set aside the pineapple juice for later use in another recipe, or discard it.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.

Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and continue to beat until the mixture thickens slightly and becomes fluffy.

3. Assemble the Dessert:

Once the crust has set, spread the pineapple cream mixture evenly over the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula to make it even.

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together and the dessert to set properly.
4. Prepare the Whipped Topping:

In a chilled mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Once the dessert is set, spread the whipped cream topping evenly over the pineapple cream layer.
