3. Cream Cheese Frosting

1 package cream cheese (226g or 8 oz), softened at room temperature

½ cup unsalted butter (115g), softened

2 cups powdered sugar (240g)

1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
πΉ Step 1: Bake the Cake

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased or lined 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
