1/3 cup brown sugar, packed (70g)

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (30g)
3. Icing
-
1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
-
2 tbsp milk (30ml)
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
πΉ Step 1: Prepare the Muffin Batter

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir with a spoon until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. The batter should be thick but moist.
